Tara Tollefson
President

Tara Tollefson is the CEO for The Buzz Company-providing customer relations research and word-of-mouth marketing consulting for small to medium sized businesses. Prior to The Buzz Company, Tara worked locally in sales, marketing and major gift fundraising. Her business networking involvement includes President of the St. Joseph Chapter of BNI and a member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee. Her community involvement also includes Center Mentor for the McNeely Entrepreneurial Center at CSB/SJU, and a member of the College of Saint Benedict Alumnae Council. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (with Research Honors) in Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University. Tara lives with her son and their golden retriever in St. Joseph, MN.

Duane Rasmusson
Vice President

Duane Rasmusson is Vice President of Human Resources for the Centracare Health System. He has a Bachelor's degree from Mankato State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. Rasmusson is also involved with the Lions Club, and United Way of St. Cloud.

Michael Grogan
Past President

Mike is Vice President of Bremer Bank.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota - Duluth in 1980 with his B.A., Finance, as well as the College of St. Thomas, in 1987 for his M.B.A.  He coaches for Sartell girls basketball and enjoys tennis, golf, water-skiing, and reading.

Michelle Pape
Secretary

Michelle Pape is the owner of Next Monday a leadership and team development company. Prior to establishing Next Monday, Pape was the Executive Vice President of large manufacturing and distribution company. Pape has strong ties to the YMCA, and has served as chairwoman of Promenade, the YMCA's largest fundraiser.

Bill Kemp
Treasurer

Bill is currently Development Director with Podawiltz Development Corp which develops affordable housing in Minnesota. He has a B.A. in Social Science from St. Johns and a M.A. in Urban Affairs from SCSU. He is a Past President of the YMCA Board of Directors. He grew up in Lake City, MN, and his hobbies include genealogy, fishing, and golf. Bill and wife, Sharon, have two grown children: Michelle, a dietician and Steve, a carpenter.

Ron Brandenburg
Member at Large

Ron graduated from Augustana College in 1976 as well as Loyola University School of Law in 1980. He joined Quinlivin & Hughs, P.A. as an associate in 1995.  He is involved with Good Shepherd Lutheran Foundation, United Way, and as a YMCA board member.
