More is Better!
There are times when doing something on your own is good, and times when having others around to hold you accountable, socialize with you and cheer you on is even better.
That's the principle with group exercise. You'll make friends, find the battle easier, and be more excited about working out when you become part of a group!
Below are some of the group land exercise classes we offer. All are free to members. For more information or to sign up for any of these training options, visit our front desk or call them at 320-253-2664.

Intro Level Series of Classes
The Intro Series of classes are entry-level, four-week sessions with limited enrollment to ensure personalized attention as you learn the fundamental of an exercise class. A new session starts each month; pre-registration at the front desk is required.
We are working on our winter line-up of classes. They will be announced shortly!
Multi-Level Series of Classes
These classes offer a variety of ways to get toned and in shape. Classes may be mostly strength and toning or mostly cardio conditioning, but many contain both! See our class schedule for days and times.
Body Sculpt - Toning to hit all major muscle groups.
Step Express - 35 minutes of step choreography for a great calorie-burning cardio workout!
Cardio Mix - 45 minutes of pure energy in cardio form! Enjoy a mix of hi/lo, step, kickboxing, etc.
Muscle Pump - A 60-minute class designed to help you work harder to tone and strengthen all muscles using bars and weight plates, dumbbells, bands, body weight and/or stability balls.
YogaFlow- 55 minutes of flowing yoga poses.
Zumba! - This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a workout that is more fun than work! Come join the party!
The “Fitness Enthusiast” Series of Classes
These classes are for those of you looking for an additional challenge to your exercise routine. Classes move at a fast, intense pace!
Boot Camp - Not your average aerobics class! No choreography, no messin' around. Just intense cardio and weights – drill sergeant style!
Step-Interval - 45 minutes of intervals using the step, aerobic kickboxing and weights and/or bands.
Powerplyo- Based on Tabata Method. You get 20 seconds of intensity with a 10 second recovery.
