Our program is designed to enhance key athletic abilities, helping you reach your peak performance. Whether you’re preparing for your next season or staying in top form, this program will help to elevate your game. Join us and make your offseason count.
Ages: 11-25 (athletes will be grouped by age)

Meet Your Trainer
Shannon Meyer
Shannon brings great experience in strength and conditioning, helping athletes build strength, enhance movement quality, and develop confidence both in and out of their sport. She specializes in working with youth athletes, emphasizing proper technique, structured programming, and age-appropriate training to establish a strong athletic foundation. Her approach focuses on creating a supportive and motivating environment where young athletes feel capable, challenged, and proud of their progress. She is passionate about helping athletes improve strength, coordination, and overall performance while building confidence that translates directly to their success in competition.
